Renters’ Rights London is a project of Camden Federation of Private Tenants [CFPT]. CFPT will be the Controller of the personal data you provide to us. We only collect basic personal data from you so that we can give you an accurate response to your request. This data includes your name, postcode, email address and telephone number.
We need some of your basic personal data to provide you with accurate information in response to your request. We will not collect any personal data from you that we do not need in order to provide our service to you.
All the personal data we process is accessible only to CFPT staff in UK. For the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance, any information held electronically is located on servers in UK. The Data Centre is certified to ISO 27001, as recommended by the Information Commissioner’s Office. No third parties have access to your personal data.
CFPT complies with the Data Protection Act 2018. For the purposes of the Act, CFPT is the Data Controller
